MARTIAL ARTS DIGITAL FOUNDATIONS

Real growth for martial arts gyms -

without the gimmicks.

Most gym owners don’t have time to post consistently or present their gym well online.

Grow My Dojo builds the digital foundation that attracts more committed adults to your academy.

Right now, Grow My Dojo is selecting a small number of gyms to help for free while building real case studies.

A handful of gyms will be selected.

ALEX TASIOS · BJJ BLACK BELT

Built by someone who actually trains.

I’m Alex Tasios — a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with 12 years on the mats.

I’ve spent my adult life inside martial-arts gyms: BJJ, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA. I understand how gyms operate, how students think, and what makes adults commit long-term.

Grow My Dojo isn’t a corporate agency.
It’s a project built to help gyms with strong culture and weak digital foundations

Most martial-arts gyms struggle with the same problems.

• Inconsistent or outdated social media

• A look online that doesn’t match the culture of the gym

• Not knowing what to post — or when

• Time-poor owners trying to do everything themselves

• Adult enquiries that don’t convert or don’t stick

This isn’t a motivation or effort problem.

It’s a structure problem.

What Grow My Dojo Does

Grow My Dojo helps martial-arts gyms clean up their online presence and put a simple structure in place — so attracting adults doesn’t feel random or overwhelming.

• Clean, consistent Instagram and Facebook pages

• A recognisable, legitimate-looking online presence

• Clear messaging that speaks to adults

• Simple content systems gym owners can actually maintain

• Digital basics set up properly

No hype. No gimmicks.

Just the fundamentals — done properly.

Why this approach works for martial-arts gyms.

Most marketing agencies don’t understand gym culture.

They treat martial-arts academies like fitness studios or online brands.

Grow My Dojo is different.

It’s built by someone who understands how gyms actually operate — the pace, the people, and the long-term commitment required from adult students.

That means no generic content.

No forced trends.

No pretending your gym is something it’s not.

• Built around real gym environments

• Respects the culture and hierarchy of martial arts

• Designed for owner-operated gyms

• Focused on long-term students, not quick wins

• Practical systems over constant posting

This is about building something that lasts — not chasing attention.

The Grow My Dojo case study program.

Grow My Dojo is currently working with a small number of gyms to build real-world case studies.

During this period, I work closely with each gym to clean up their digital presence, put a clear structure in place, and help them create their first consistent month of content.

What this includes:

• Setting up and optimising Instagram and Facebook

• Cleaning up the look and messaging of the gym online

• Building a simple content structure that fits the gym

• Creating a set of photos and short videos for ongoing use

• Helping the owner understand how to maintain consistency

This is not a full-service ongoing management package.

The focus of the case study is building the foundation — then showing the gym how to maintain it without relying on outside agencies long-term.

This program is best suited to small, owner-operated gyms with strong culture and limited digital structure.

What gym owners notice after fixing the basics.

Since we’ve been working on social media and improving our presence, business has increased noticeably.

People who wouldn’t normally walk through the door are seeing us online, understanding the environment we provide, and feeling more confident to come in and try a class.

That’s been great for the gym.
